<p>Today while checking my pages I found the message &#8220;Your PHP installation Appears to be missing the MySQL extension Which is required by WordPress.&#8221; <a href="http://www.comisionados.com/">comisionados.com</a> on my page, then remembered that had earlier gone through that problem is generated when the database is automatically updated to a higher level, but not PHP extensions, so we have to do it manually, it is very simple , just follow the steps below.</p>
<p>1. Log in to your control panel; www.tusitio.com/CPanel (This is assuming you have a hosting account in neogenesisweb.com)</p>
<p>2. Then click on the PHP version icon in section SOFTWARE.</p>
<p><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" title="Select PHP Version " src="https://neogenesisweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/PHP-Version-Button-neogenesisweb.jpg" alt="Select PHP Version " width="196" height="68" /></p>
<p>3. Select the latest version, in our case the Version 5.6 and click the Set as curent button.</p>
<p>4. Then click the Set Default button, then click the Save button. (If necessary, select the options manually as shown in the picture and then click Save)<br />
<a href="https://neogenesisweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/PHP-Version-Panel-neogenesisweb.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><img decoding="async" class="aligncenter" src="https://neogenesisweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/PHP-Version-Panel-neogenesisweb.jpg" width="1492" height="678" /></a></p>
