Today while checking my pages I found the message “Your PHP installation Appears to be missing the MySQL extension Which is required by WordPress.” comisionados.com on my page, then remembered that had earlier gone through that problem is generated when the database is automatically updated to a higher level, but not PHP extensions, so we have to do it manually, it is very simple , just follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your control panel; www.tusitio.com/CPanel (This is assuming you have a hosting account in neogenesisweb.com)

2. Then click on the PHP version icon in section SOFTWARE.

3. Select the latest version, in our case the Version 5.6 and click the Set as curent button.

4. Then click the Set Default button, then click the Save button. (If necessary, select the options manually as shown in the picture and then click Save)
